Qin Yuezhen is a patent attorney registered and is the initiating associate of the firm. As |
| graduating from the Beijing Institute of Technology, precise instrument of optic department, |
| she is also the professional patent attorney in the optic field. Ms.Qin has been devoting |
| herself to the education and research in Beijing Institute of Technology for long time. In |
| 1985, she became one of the first set of patent attorneys in China . Since the establishment |
| of the firm, she has been acted for hundreds of application and reexamination of patents. |

Tian Lei is a registered patent attorney and lawyer. He is the managing associate of the |
| firm. Mr.Tian graduated from Dalian Institute of Technology and got the master degree. He |
| once worked in the Beijing Petrochemical academe and has been undertaking the research and |
| development of the Chemical and Industrial products for many years. In 2003, he joined Suiter |
| West as director of the firm in China . In 2004, he joined the firm as the managing |
| associate. |

Tang Zhongqing is the registered patent attorney and the initiating associate. Mr. Tang |
| graduated from the Beijing Institute of Technology, chemical department. He is the senior |
| engineer and works in the Nuclear Industrial Department for researching and producing. In |
| 1985, he became the patent attorney and undertook the administrative work of patent. |

Yang Zhongxiao is registered patent attorney, senior examiner. He is primary minister of |
| the Industrial Design Examining Ministry of State Intellectual Property Office of the |
| People's Republic of China . Mr. Yang joined in the firm in 2004 and is the senior counselor. |

James J. Paige J ames is a fully registered patent attorney with extensive knowledge in |
| digital signal processing/communications and digital microelectronic design as well as extensive |
| experience with medical devices. Formerly with Fredrikson & Byron of Minneapolis , he was an |
| active member of the Minnesota Intellectual Property Law Association where he was the Law |
| Revision Committee Chair in 2002-03 and the Co-Chair in 2003-04. |
